Order of Foreign Citizens in the Russian Federation Employment

Abstract

In the Russian Federation there are many problems with labor migration and protection of the rights of the foreign citizens working in the territory of the Russian Federation. Acts of international law and the national legislation of the Russian Federation in the territory of the country allocate foreign workers with the full volume of the rights in the sphere of the labor relations on an equal basis with citizens of Russia. The author carries out the complex analysis of regulations, gives opinions of scientists-jurists, practicians.
