Modeling of an automated recruitment planning system for educational organizations

Abstract

Objective. The purpose of the study is to consider the stages of design and development of an automated information system for planning the staffing of educational organizations of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs system with a variable composition.Method. The construction of a conceptual and mathematical model of the system being developed is based on a systems approach and methods of mathematical modeling.Result. A conceptual approach to staffing educational organizations has been proposed, on the basis of which an automated information system has been developed. The advantage of the proposed approach gives a clear idea of the structure and functional purpose of the system.Conclusion. The system will automate the process of recruiting educational organizations in order to increase the efficiency of decision support in the field of training specialists for the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs.
