Diversification des savoirs d’expertise notariale et normalisation d’une activité entrepreneuriale de conseil

Abstract

This article looks at contemporary changes in the professional expertise of notaries, who in France are faced with changes in the techniques and knowledge used in their work. Today’s notaries mobilise various forms of knowledge, know-how and expertise: legal and tax knowledge, but also managerial knowledge, ethos, interactive and relational expertise, interdependence, etc. With digitalisation and the extension of entrepreneurial approaches, against a backdrop of reform of the profession and major demographic changes, a pragmatic approach to problem-solving is more legitimate in the notarial profession, even if this means calling into question certain specific features of the profession.
