It is a serious diagnosis problem in Specialty of Imaging, viewing images that light (hyperintense) in contrasting techniques T2 and the suppression sequence of cerebrospinal fluid, known in the literature as unidentified bright object and displaying hyperintense larger plates with or without specific clinical symptoms. A review of patterns of hyperintense brain imaging is made for better interprataion, based on knowledge of the anatomy of the cerebral microcirculation and its interstice, and thus approaching the condition of the white matter to consider what elements are most affected in different groups of leukoencephalopathies and recognize its main findings and exceptions in the presentation during the magnetic resonance studies.
