Factores que influyen en el comportamiento electroquímico de sustancias de interés médico y farmacológico en electrodos modificados

Abstract

Electrochemical sensors and biosensors with glassy carbon, gold and platinum were prepared to study the electrochemical behavior of inorganic (Cu(II) and Zn(II) ions) and organic (dopamine (DA) and glucose) compounds. The electrochemical behavior of these substances is influenced by various factors, including: intermetallic compounds formation, diffusional effects or electrostatic effects, depending on the type of change that takes place on the electrode surface.
