Small to medium sized businesses make up pushing power of the country economy. Based of survive for small to medium sized businesses is can be attuned to environment changes and can be control this changes in globalization world. Success of KOBIs in the global competitive environment depending on established a closer customer relations and fast response on changing customer needs. Historically, these companies have, as much as their larger counterparts, relied on close relationships with their customers. Customer relationships are traditionally very close, but these relationships more often than not have evolved over time, rather than being consciously managed.
