The mining in the Cuban culture

Abstract

This work constitutes a preliminary approach to the theme to promoting research on the social dimension of Cuban mining and highlighting its contribution to the development of national identity. Mining has been characterized as representing an industrial production process marked by environmental and human deterioration. This activity, like all, shows the performance of a diversity of tasks that leave traces in the formation of a productive and social culture.
