Abstract: This research paper seeks to demonstrate the importance of development and knowledge integration in current university education. This is because of their ability to provide convincing answers to many scientific questions in single-disciplinary fields of science, which calls for the necessity of epistemological activation of development and cognitive integration as a necessary input for the development of university education. It also calls for reconsidering the foundations of knowledge organization and developing its methodology. That is, openness and integration between various disciplines in university scientific research. This paper also seeks to reveal the most important obstacles that stand in the way of activating these types of studies. The aim of this is to achieve transcendence of civilization and catch up with modernity, that is, openness and interaction with the epistemology of development. The study concluded that it is useful to look at development and cognitive integration in university education, as it has great importance and an important place in contemporary thought, especially as it undertakes two main tasks, namely the study of heritage and the study of modernity, and thus they push to crystallize and install a new model, a comprehensive, foundational model, transcending and compound; Changing paradigms rearrange relationships and define priorities and interests.
