POLÍTICAS PÚBLICAS E ECONOMIA SOLIDÁRIA: considerações e divergências sobre a criação da Secretaria Nacional de Economia Solidária

Abstract

The present article intends to present the existing divergences between the defenders and the opponents of public policies directed toward the development of a solidary economy and its’ main arguments. It is intended to present a brief debate about different positions concerning the relevancy and the necessity of adopting public policies directed toward a solidary economy, specially considering the creation of the National Secretariat of Solidary Economy.
