Abstract

In the field of economy, transactions represent one of the fastest means available for improving any company’s commercial and strategic position in the market. The context of technological developments in recent years and the trend of globalization have largely influenced work in the fields of goods and services. Currently, geographical factors are no longer an obstacle and companies can expand their production without being influenced by state frontiers.
