A practical training platform of mine AC hoist control system based on PLC was designed, and overall design and design schemes of software and hardware were introduced. The control system takes S7-1200 PLC as control core, three-phase asynchronous motor as power source, and DC motor as load, and achieves simulation of operating conditions of AC Hoist with specific load by using inverter and DC speed regulator separately for speed regulation of three-phase asynchronous motor and DC motor. Through the training platform, the trainees can get a general understanding of running principles and operation methods of modern mine AC hoist system, so as to achieve training objectives.
