FEATURES OF THE FORMATION OF PROTEINASE COMPLEX OF GRAIN SOFT WHEAT OF KAZAKHSTAN DEPENDING ON CULTIVATION CONDITIONS
Abstract
The article is devoted to the definition and analysis of the protein-proteinase complex (PPC) parameters of soft wheat in Kazakhstan from growing conditions - natural and climatic conditions and predecessors, for which soft wheat varieties were selected: spring wheat grown in Karaganda, North Kazakhstan and West Kazakhstan regions, and winter, grown in the South-Kazakhstan region, by various predecessors. The research aimed to cover the regions of soft wheat cultivation in Kazakhstan, sharply differing in nature and climatic conditions [1,15]. PPC parameters were determined by conventional methods described in normative and methodological documents. Mathematical processing of the research results was carried out by the method of correlation and regression analysis using Excel and Stadia applications. Indices of natural climatic conditions during the vegetation period were established according to Kazgidromet [4]. The studies made it possible to establish the correlation between the PPC of soft wheat of Kazakhstan and growing conditions in order to determine the optimal conditions for the formation of high PPC parameters of soft wheat grain.
