The distribution of competences between the federal government of usa and its States: reflections for a constitutional reform in Spain
Abstract
In this scientific work are discussed the different ways in which a state can be organized in the present era. In addition, the distribution of powers between the Spanish government and the Autonomous Communities is discussed in depth. Likewise, the division of powers between the federal government of the United States and its states is analyzed. Both systems are contrasted with the purpose of reflecting on possible reforms in the distribution of powers of the current Spanish state created by the Spanish Constitution of 1978.
