Brief Analysis of Critical Books on Manzoom Myths of Urdu

Abstract

This article presents introduction on the critical literature of “Urdu Manzoom Dastan”. In this article the researcher tried to study different books regarding the Primary experience of Manzoom dastan critics. Syed M. Aqeel Rizvi’s book “Urdu Masnavi ka Artqa” is an authentic book on the art of Manzoom dastan. This book explains the techniques of Masnvi, topics and qualities of masnvi. Dr Geyam Chand’s “Urdu Masnvi Shumali Hind men” narrated the specific area of Masnvi. This book offers credible research material on Manzoom Dastan.The book “Urdu ki Manzoom dastane” by Dr. Farman Fateh Puri is the basic critical book on manzoom dastan. Abdulqadir Sarwari’s book “Urdu Masnvi ka artqa” is historical Artqa and gradually Progress of language.The tradition of criticizing dastan’s is not old. It started in 5th decade of 20th century.
