Highlights DECT mono+ optimal energy level can preoperatively determine the position of the IMA root. DECT mono+ can preoperatively evaluate the anatomical characteristics of the IMA. DECT mono+ can preoperatively determine the positional relationship between the LCA and IMV at the IMA root level.
