Abstract
Abstract Simple tricuspid valve surgery for complex heart disease with systemic right ventricular dysfunction is a high‐risk procedure; however, staged tricuspid valve surgery following cardiac resynchronization therapy seems to be a beneficial method to expect reverse systemic ventricular remodeling.
