SELECTION OF RATIONAL METHODOLOGY FOR GEODETIC MONITORING OF TECHNOGENIC EARTH SURFACE DEFORMATIONS
Abstract
The paper reveals that while executing quantitative monitoring of technogenic earth surface deformations in geomechanical tasks geodetic and distance methods for measuring displacement of check points must be uniformly precise. Geometric leveling is recommended to execute on enclosed ground; traverse leveling is more rational to execute on open ground with the help of electronic tachymeter. Satellite leveling is characterized by high productivity and adequate accuracy and it is recommended for creation of reference high-altitude point network that ensures area monitoring with the help of an unified system of geodetic coordinates.
