NEW APPROACHES TO DIAGNOSIS OF DYSBACTERIOSIS OF THE COLON

Abstract

The paper shows the dependence of the degree of dysbiosis from the state of the local antioxidant defense system and local immune status in people with dysbacteriosis of the colon. There is a direct correlation of increasing degrees of severity of dysbacteriosis with the increase in the average number of gamma-interferon (γ-IFN), the cytokine index (CI), malonic dialdehyde (MDA) and an inverse correlation with the magnitude of the local antioxidant index (LAI). The definition of MDA, LAI, CI and γ-IFN in coprofiltrates can serve as additional methods of diagnostics of a dysbacteriosis and a selfassessment of microflora in the process of its correction.
