Identity and organizational commitment in Teacher Training Centers Field study: Teacher Training Centers of Chaharmahal va Bakhteyari

The objective of this study has been to investigate the relationship between organizational identities with organizational commitment. The statistical society of this study has been instructors engaging in teaching teacher training center of chaharmahal va bakhtiari 1388-1389 and a sample 56 persons has been selected by categorical random sampling method. The method of study has correlational description and data gathering tools have been two questionnaire Meyer and Allen organization commitment questionnaire (1982). To verify the enhanced data, Regression and variance analysis were used. Study findings have indicated that following dimensions have correlation with each other: loyalty factor with effective commitment (R2=0.217,membership factor with normative commite (R2 = 0.86), similarity factor with normative commitment (R2= 0.80). Also the finding resulting from comparing averages between tow sexes, show lack of diffrence between responses of tow sexes, but in the case of ages, they indicated diffrence in averages of organizational identity ( p= 0.000) organizatinal commitment (p=0.000)
