Extraction of shorelines with sub-pixel precision from Landsat images (TM, ETM+, OLI)

Abstract

This thesis presents and evaluate a methodology for automatic extraction of shorelines with sub-pixel precision from Landsat 5, 7 and 8 images acquired by sensors TM, ETM+ and OLI, respectively.
