CLINICAL APPROACH TO IMMUNOCORRECTION IN COMMUNITY-ACQUIRED PNEUMONIA

Abstract

The relevance of effective therapy of community-acquired pneumonia (CAP) with a view to improving the prognosis in severe and complicated course of the disease requires a reasonable correction. In this paper, based on the results of earlier clinicalimmunological studies the authors formulate algorithms for diagnosis of immune reactivity in severe CAP, justify immunocorrection the drug with immunomodulating effects on the whole range of violations. Examples clinical and immunological effectiveness of immunocorrection provided.
