Purpose: It is aimed to identify cases who had disability rates because of Neurological diseases and applied to Health Committee in Cukurova University Faculty of Medicine Department of Neurology. Material and Methods: Cases who applied to Health Committee in Cukurova University Faculty of Medicine Department of Neurology between January 2013 - December 2013 were evaluated retrospectively. It was investigated their diagnosis, age, gender, disability rate and relationships with each other. Data were analyzed with SPSS 19 program, p <0.05 was accepted significant. Results: Of the 505 cases were evaluated, 335 (%66) were female and 170 (%34) were male. The mean age was observed 51,72+/-21,149 (17-104) of the all cases. Mean age of men was determined lower than women (p <0.01). The most common diagnoses were observed cerebrovascular disease, dementia and epilepsy. Compared diagnosis and disability rates with men and women; it was determined only in men with multiple sclerosis have higher disability rates than women with multiple sclerosis (p:0,01). Conclusion: To determine the outcomes of patients in Health Committee of Neurology will help prevention of disability and will contribute to future studies. [Cukurova Med J 2014; 39(3.000): 566-571]
