LEGITIMATE TRANSITION THEOREM: EVIDENCE AND APPLICATION IN SYSTEMATIC INTERPRETATION

Abstract

This article presents the author’s proposed approach to the proof of theorem a legitimate transition on the basis of the proof of the Lemma about the impossibility in actuality, the occurrence of accessory obligations between subjects, if between them cannot occur main obligations. In addition, the article shows that the application of a logical sequence associated with the proposed approach to the proof of theorem a legitimate transition allows you to extend the methodology of a systematic interpretation of legal controversies and uncertainties.
