Study of Party Mass Media of Ukraine as an Object of Library Informational Activity
Abstract
Study of the functioning and place in modern society, the party of the mass media is important, because these problems researchers are not so long ago. Powerful historiography of the study of different types of communication media, the possibility of applying a multidisciplinary approach creates opportunities for systematic studies analyzing not only the print media as an integral phenomenon, but also electronic. The vast majority of research concerns periodicals and partially - electronic. The majority of fundamental research works devoted to the functioning of the mass media as a whole, only indirectly draws attention to the party. The number of serious scientific research of the mass media is growing every year. That is evidenced by the statistics, because the number of protected in recent years, master’s and doctoral theses has increased dramatically. A significant part of the scientists in their research analyzed the influence of mass media on the minds of the users of information. Researchers believe that the means of mass communication represent the interests of the owners of these resources and disseminate relevant information. Representing the interests of a small part of society, in particular political party, modern means of mass communication is carried out informational impact on the views of a mass audience for the economic, political and social issues and their role in society. An important component of the work of researchers is to study the mass media as a source of research and the object library and information work. During the years of Ukrainian independence domestic researchers trained hundreds of scientific papers, are protected thesis on the subject of the mass media. The vast majority of research concerns the media and its role in society, but much less attention is given to the publication of the party and the party as a whole means of mass communication that induces to enhance the study of this problem.
