Abstract

The contribution offers a reflection on the ‘southern question’ through the thought of Luigi Sturzo, founder of the Italian Popular Party. A ‘question’ still relevant today that should be framed not only in the space of autonomy and regionalism but also through the reading of the human person, his rights and dignity as a place of participation in economic, political and social life.
