JASPERS: COSCIENZA TRAGICA ED ERMENEUTICA FILOSOFICA

Abstract

Il contributo affronta il tema della coscienza tragica tra chiarimenti e fraintendimenti trattato da Jaspers in una sezione dell’opera Von der Wahrheit (1947), qui citata come Il sapere tragico, dove il filosofo si impegna a interpretare la coscienza tragica come visione originaria (ursprüngliche tragische Anschauung), cioè come quel movimento nella storia che dalla contingenza dei fenomeni assoggettati al tempo ci aiuta a comprendere il carattere più profondo della vita e delle vicende umane mai in modo definitivo e universale. The contribution addresses the topic of tragic consciousness between clarifications and misunderstanding treated by Jaspers in a section of the work Von der Wahrheit (1947), here cited as Tragic Knowledge, where the philosopher undertakes to interpret tragic consciousness as an original vision (ursprüngliche tragische Anschauung), that is, as that movement in history which from the contingency of phenomena subjected to time helps us to understand the deepest character of life and human events never in a definitive and universal way.
