Left retroperitoneal abscess caused by injury of the right knee

Abstract

Abstract Minor trauma rarely triggers a retroperitoneal abscess. The patient' history, careful evaluation of their symptoms, and general examination with a detailed inspection of the skin are helpful to diagnose retroperitoneal abscess.
