TRANSFORMATION OF WAREHOUSING AND LOGISTICS SYSTEMS (FOR EXAMPLE, INFRASTRUCTURE OF THE ARMED FORCES)

Abstract

The paper presents the results of the analysis to develop warehousing infrastructure of the Armed forces of the Russian Federation in the XX–XXI centuries In this modern stage of development is mostly considered as a promising, implying the rejection of exploitation of outdated storage with reasonably high level of inefficient spending (the use of modern logistic approach will significantly reduce logistics costs) in the interests of creating a modern production and logistics facilities. The effectiveness of the creation and operation of these facilities is planned to be increased by attracting commercial organizations on public-private partnership. Special attention is paid to the fact that cost reduction should not adversely affect the full and timely provision of military consumers, and important decisions may not be contrary to the specific requirements of the military organization. Purpose – determination of prospects for further development of warehouse logistic systems, operating in the interests of the Armed forces. Methodology in article economic-mathematical methods, and also statistical methods of the analysis were used. Results: the most informative parameters, showing some aspects of the establishment and operation of a modern warehouse network in the interests of the Armed forces. Practical implications the results obtained it is expedient to apply the military organization of the state and private companies for further development of the system stationary storage of material and technical means.
