CALLOGENESE DE L’ATRIPLEX HALIMUS A PARTIR DE DIFFERENTS EXPLANTS, EN VUE D’UNE REGENERATION
Abstract
The regeneration of the Atriplex halimus by seedling becomes very insufficient, for the constitution of the vegetable cover. The culture of cloths or callus reproduction can constitute a means of very efficient multiplication, a callus being able to produce far more buds adventives that a microhort of buds axillaries. We are concerned in the culture of clothes of the Atriplex halimus, whose study consists of a test of culture establishment of cloths organogenic from different organs of vitroseedling. Between-knots, whole leaves, fragments of the part apical of the leaf are put in culture on the middle of MURASHIGE and SKOOG (1962), diluted half, with addition of growth hormones (BAP and AIB) to different concentrations, microphone-elements of MS, vitamins of Morel, the Iron-EDTA, the saccharose to reason 20 g/l and the agar to 8 g/l, the pH being adjusted to 5,8. Obtained results seem to depend of the nature of the put in culture and the report BAP/IAB.
