Today, more and more scientific information is used and stored only in electronic form. Therefore, one of the main activities of modern libraries is the formation of collections of electronic information documents, providing local and online access to users, as the status of the library today is determined by its ability to accumulate, process, store and organize access to information resources: electronic journals, electronic books, databases, etc. With the introduction of electronic information technology, libraries have gained additional opportunities to disclose the content of available resources by creating, in particular, bibliographic full-text databases, which significantly shorten the reader’s path to information.
