ADAPTATION OF CONTROL SYSTEM TO THE STAGE OF LIFE CYCLE OF INDUSTRIAL ENTERPRISE

Abstract

In the article it is determined that changing of stages of life cycle is very important for an industrial enterprise, because the quality of enterprise development depends on which management decisions have been made at that time. Therefore, for the effective control and overall management by the quality of industrial enterprise development it is necessary to take into account its life cycle. Depending on which stage of life cycle the industrial enterprise is, it is necessary to focus attention on various aspects of its activities. At the same time, the main indicators, characterizing the quality of industrial enterprise development in the aspect of control of life cycles of organizational structure, can be different: the correspondence of branch network to actual market of sales; the risk of antimonopoly investigations; the compliance of capacities with demand volumes; the indicator of decision-making efficiency; indicators of the dynamics of overall economic efficiency, etc.
