To the Question of Trade Facilitation Instruments

Abstract

In the present article issues of trade facilitation in the context of current trends in global trade (paperless trade, digital economy) are discussed and view is focused on tools that regulate trade facilitation mechanisms. In the conclusion author emphasizes that the trade facilitation policy should take into account not only current realities, but also the prospects for the development of international trade in order to timely and adequately respond to the challenges of global trade.
