The paper presents as a case study the activity of innovation broker in building good practices within the framework of the activity of the Świętokrzyskie NGO - Chamber of Commerce “The Circle of Health Tourism” (polish abbreviation IG KTZ). The aim of the article is to analyze and evaluate the importance of innovation brokers in the functioning of the IG KTZ as a cluster of the health tourism industry in the Świętokrzyskie voivodeship, and to identify the areas of its activity (good practices) in the context of building a regional innovation system. The definition of good practice was reviewed and the theoretical aspects of clusters) activities were presented. The importance of an innovation broker activity has been highlighted. Gathering information on interesting R & D initiatives, about opportunities to finding funds for implementation, as well as investigating the needs and potential of business partners, experts, academics, practitioners and local authorities seems to be the most valuable activity of the broker. Such actions lead to many joint ventures, e.g. in such areas as research and development, educational activities, the fields of health and management services
