Prawne i społeczne aspekty rozwoju e-commerce wspieranego przez usługi doręczeniowe – nowe inicjatywy UE na jednolitym rynku usług

Abstract

The article presents an overview of the new initiatives of the European Commission according to support the growth of e-commerce with regard to efficient use of the cross-border parcel delivery services in EU. There are highlighted changes in the legal environment, in particular regulations concerning distance contracts or services using the Internet in the context of an information obligation and the possibility of the return of goods purchased in this way.
