The principle of publicity of civil procedure

Abstract

In this article the questions connected from publicity guaranteed by the state of legal proceedings, in particular, civil process are considered. Also dependence of trust of citizens to system of legal proceedings from communication of courts with mass­media, and also availability to information bank of decisions taken out by courts, including and by means of the Internet is proved. Some parallels between publicity of Kazakhstan and Germany are designated.
