The process of globalization inevitably leads to the internationalization of economies, the internal but especially international inter-action of all the components of a society. Modern management is in a position to cope with the new conditions, namely interconnection to other economic, political, cultural aria, and changing the way of local thinking to the global one. In the following article we tried to create an overview of the development of the economic internationalization of the Moldovan enterprises. Internationalization is "a double-way road" where a flow is directed to the Republic of Moldova (e.g., direct money investments), while another, vice versa, from the Republic of Moldova to the outside world (international trade). Cultural dimension re-search would refer to the improvement of international business practices and behaviours used by foreign companies in the Republic of Moldova, as well as to Moldovan companies doing business outside of our country. Improving cultural awareness can help Moldovan companies create international skills and make managers to become more competitive globally.
