Abstract

John Paul II in Letter to Artist paid special attention to inseparable connec-tion between Gospel and art. Author of this paper would like to verify if this message is still up-to-date and possible in contemporary art. For this purpose author made a deeper analysis of Diabły and Matka Joanna od Aniołów theatre plays that were presented in Warsaw theatres.
