Abstract

The aim of this study was to present the categories of success and human capital and knowledge as factors determining the success of the company in terms of the New Economy. To achieve this objective, in this article, defined the concept of success and drew attention to the general conditions for the success of enterprises in the New Economy. Also discusses the concept of human capital in the context of success, noting the characteristics of human capital and the role of knowledge in this field.
