Analiza criminologică a infracțiunii de contrafacere. Reacția socială împotriva fenomenului de contrafacere

Abstract

Counterfeiting has grown massively in the last 30 years, shaping from an isolated crime into a process managed by the international criminal organizations; from an activity that provides some local needs in a scourge able to undermine economic principles; from counterfeiting inaccessible luxury goods to counterfeiting enormous quantities of full range of products; from a misdemeanor to a complex phenomenon. Given that 7% of world trade is already aff ected by an increasing counterfeiting syndrome, with no any existent tool that would redress the current situation, there is an urgent need to approve new strategies for combating phenomenon under concern.
