¿Educar para la inserción social o reconstruir lo colectivo en colectivo?

Abstract

En este artículo, en primer lugar, se describen los miedos que agobian a los colombianos en la cotidianidad e impiden reconocer y acoger a los otros. En segundo término, se aborda el caso particular de Neiva, Huila, y de los invasores, damnificados, reinsertados y desplazados que llegaron a ella durante los últimos veinte años. En tercera instancia, se evalúan los proyectos de reinserción social que se les ofrecieron y se proponen algunas alternativas.This article describes initially the fears that undertake colombian citizens in their daily lives and that don’t allow them to recognize and give hospitality to others. Following, the specific case of Neiva, capital of the department of Huila, Colombia is analyzed and the cases of victims of natural disasters, socially-readapted guerrillas, people suffering from forced displacement, and others led into invading private lands, are considered within the last twenty years. Finally, an evaluation of the proyects of social reinsertion offered to them by the state is attempted and certain alternatives are put forward.
