Hydrogenated styrene-butadiene-styrene block copolymer/polypropylene elastomers were modified with expanded graphite (EG) and nano-Fe3O4 intercalated EG respectively, the effects of amount of EG and nano-Fe3O4 intercalated EG on the tensile properties, resilience property and electrical conductivity of the elastomers were investiga-ted. The results showed that the addition of EG could effectively improve the resilience and electrical conductivity of the elastomers. When the amount of EG was 3.5 phr (mass), the elastomer had the best resilience and the lowest surface resistivity, but its tensile strength decreased. The tensile properties of the elastomer modified by nano-Fe3O4 intercalated EG could be effectively improved, and the surface resistivity and volume resistivity could be further reduced.
