Abstract

The article presents an analysis of selected electronic postal services provided by designated operators problems, as well as indicators to measure their advancement - PES Index (Electronic Postal Services Index), which are defined by the Universal Postal Union. The back­ground for these considerations is the general characteristics of the problem of the provision of digital services by desigued operators in the opinion of representatives of the scientific and pro­fessional, as well as authors.
