Objective: Analyze the organizational culture in the Instituto Tecnológico de Los Mochis Methodology: This is a descriptive research based on a deductive-inductive and dialectical methodology, with survey and interview techniques and as instruments the questionnaire applied to the institute’s staff, with support from all Heads of Department and the interview guide applied to the diverse Heads of Departments in the Institute. Contribution. This document addresses the development of the concept of organizational culture, one of the most important analysis dimensions. For that purpose, an organizational diagnostic with gender perspective (2015) was elaborated with the purpose of knowing the labor situation of women and men who work in the Institution, with respect to the type of contract and position, to obtain indicators of level of horizontal segregation or occupational segregation and level of vertical segregation, wage difference between men and women. Qualitative data was obtained, through which the perception of the personnel on discrimination, quality of organizational life and equality of opportunity, gender equity came to be known, and also quantitative data was obtained which allowed to know indicators of the level of horizontal and vertical segregation and the gender pay gap.
