Determinanty w strategii funkcjonowania i rozwoju małych i średnich przedsiębiorstw w procesie sukcesji

Abstract

Among the owners of family business on the Polish market, there are large disparities in access, as well as at the level of technical knowledge related to the succession process in comparison to European companies (following  prof. T. Łuczka). Therefore, in this study are presented the determinants occurring in the process of succession along with the threats and opportunities that are associated with it. Proper functioning and further development of the company at the end of the succession and the successor company management are largely related to the issue of whether the process of succession takes into account the determinants presented in the article and will prepare a successor to act effectively in these areas. Proper preparation of a successor during the succession process increases the chances for continued authority of the company and can provide opportunities for its dynamic development for a further period of activity.
