One of the biggest challenges in higher education Media in Mexico (EMS) lies in improving the internal academic processes are living in schools. This research has as analyze academic evaluation in the construction of violence free environments and in favor of coexistence school harmonica in classrooms, represents to inquire about the complex they emerge from conflicts as a result of its application, students and teachers become key players in a process of evaluation guided by practices that can generate conflicts violence, reproach and dropout. The methodology basis will be action research, which makes it possible to review teaching practices and rethink it to a re-signification. However, the evaluation can be transformed from the school itself through the dialogue of knowledges that attention to diversity, peace education and teaching mediation, which can become cognitive bridges to improve this process.
