Abstract

The article is devoted to the memories of well-known slavicist N. Kondrashov. The role of this researcher in studying the historiography of linguistics and teacher training activities is emphasized. The author notes the importance of the scientist in the formation of philological thinking among students and the development of a critical view of the history of linguistic science. The memoirs contain rare details of the author’s biography associated with her younger years of the personality of Professor N. Kondrashov. Reminiscences also include exciting episodes of student chronicles of N. Krupskaya Moscow Regional State Institute, presents details of psychological portrait of a teacher of the classical school of Slavonic studies, gives almost documentary information about the cultural and social life of the country in 1970-1980s.
