Abstract

The use of the financial strategy in terms of liquidity is a major dilemma for businesses in the SME sector. Very important will then make a choice of type of capital financing assets removably connected with the company (current assets), and a proper management of financial resources, receivables and inventories available to the company. This is a key element, having a decisive influence over-positioning the company in a competitive market, reliability meet the company from all liability and the threat of bankruptcy of the company. This article also presents the positive and negative effects of the use of two basic types of strategies in terms of liquidity (defensive and offensive).
