Modern marketing requires companies to communicate effectively with both existing customers and potential. This is particularly important in the highly competitive sectors, such as telecommunications. One of the basic instruments of marketing communication have now become social media, which offer many opportunities for dialogue with the environment. This article outlines the Polish market of mobile operators, defined social media and presents the results of research on the authorśnwn. usage of social media by mobile operators in Poland.
