Carreira, arte feminista e mecenato : uma abordagem à dimensão económica do circuito artístico principal sob uma perspetiva de género
Abstract
This article focuses on the conditions of artistic production in a gender perspective, in particular the production costs, the strategies and basic necessary provisions for artists (as well as feminist artists) achieve privileged positions in the main art circuit. Further, under a gender perspective, we address some of the criteria of taste of the agents that occupy the top positions of the art market as well as analyzing the ranking of the best artistic production listed worldwide. It also glances a reading on the low feminization of artistic careers in the top of art field
