World Nutrition (Oct 2015)
Update
Abstract
As from now, Update will include rather more relatively substantial contributions, on important issues of public health and nutrition that need to be identified and addressed. This issue of WN is an example. We start with two warnings, on the impact of climate disruption on water, and by Paul Ehrlich and other on the impact of current political, economic and social policies on biodiversity. We continue with a plan for US food policy by Michael Pollan and others, and a plan for global food policy by Olivier de Schutter and others. We end with Pilar Zuzueta's vision of the century.
